Virginians! Early voting starts today! Grateful for the opportunity to vote for gun sense candidates State Senator @adampebbin Adam Ebbin and State Delegate @ebpforva Elizabeth Bennet-Parker. Why should YOU vote early?

🗳️Early voting starts TODAY and runs through Nov. 4.

⏳Save campaigns and volunteers time and resources

☎️ When marked “voted” you get less literature, door knocks, calls and texts 🎉

🤒 You make sure your vote counts in case there is illness or emergency 11/07 and you can’t go

🚘 Have kids in school? They are off that day! Go play!

🥰 Or better yet, volunteer on Election Day distributing sample ballots or driving voters to the polls! (I’ll be there!!)

Incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend l

Incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend last week with these 22 lovely people at @integrativeenneagram Integrative Enneagram Solutions Level 2 Advanced Team Dynamics training. The Enneagram draws us into deep waters and teaches us what it looks like to be human from nine (at least!)different perspectives. We began the week as strangers and left as friends, colleagues, and co-conspirators on this journey of believing in a world of deeper compassion, connection, and courage through the framework of this wonderful tool. I am IN LOVE with this work and can’t wait to bring more Teams through this process of Team Development. Particularly grateful for the leadership of my friend and enneagram mentor Diane Ring @msdianering who led the way for us with consummate skill and fierce tenderness. If you or your team is ready to play and learn with the Enneagram, reach out and let’s chat about possibilities. I promise, you will be glad you did!

Headed home after a “fill me up to the brim” k

Headed home after a “fill me up to the brim” kind of week. 4 days of incredible training, networking, and connection with other Enneagram coaches AND a whole week soaking up the hospitality of this dear one. We’ve been friends since we were 12. ONE of us will be 60 before the end of 2023 😊 Even if math isn’t your thing, you know that is a VERY long time! LaSchell teaches me so much about what it means to be a faithful, loyal friend. She simply pours herself out for her people and her family. She’s been through some tough stuff, and never loses her sense of humor. I’m so grateful to be one of the many people who she loves with her gigantic heart and I respect and love her so much! (Mutual friends, since she’s not on social media, please tell her I said nice things about her out on the World Wide Web. 😂😂😂.)

Spending this week with a room full of brilliant enneagram practioners in Austin, Texas learning more about working with teams using this incredible tool. Grateful for @integratedenneagram solutions for developing the IEQ9 assessment and the robust toolbox available to support and develop teams. As a bonus, I’m getting to enjoy my favorite city in Texas and stay with my high school best buddy.
